MAR IT SOLUTION provides software development, web development, AI solutions, digital marketing, and related technology services. All services are provided subject to a separate service agreement that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. MAR IT SOLUTION retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payments

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

MAR IT SOLUTION's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiations first.
